Engineering Designed for high-frequency operations at seaport terminals, railway intermodal hubs, and inland container depots, our 45-ton Reach Stackers handle ISO 20ft-40ft containers up to 6-high stacking. Engineered to meet European EU Stage V and North American EPA Tier 4 Final emission standards, these machines feature heavy-duty powertrain assemblies from Volvo, Cummins, Kessler, and Dana.
Every chassis and telescopic boom is fabricated using high-tensile structural steel (minimum 700 MPa yield strength) with robotized submerged arc welding, subjected to 100% non-destructive testing (NDT) to prevent structural fatigue under continuous dynamic loading.
