JIAHE Long-Reach Slope Stabilization Drilling Rig is specially designed for soil nailing, slope stabilization, ground anchoring and reinforced shotcrete applications.
With its long-reach drilling boom, crawler chassis and multi-angle drilling capability, the rig can operate from a stable position at the slope toe or roadside platform while reaching high and difficult drilling points on steep slopes.
The typical stabilization process is:
Drill holes into the slope → Install steel reinforcement bars / soil nails → Inject grout → Install reinforcement mesh → Apply shotcrete or concrete.
With a maximum drilling depth of up to 38 m, the rig is suitable for a wide range of geotechnical projects, including highway and railway slope stabilization, landslide prevention, riverbank and embankment reinforcement, foundation pit support, tunnel portal reinforcement and dam protection.
